The apartment:
The apartment is about 60 m2 and located in Chamonix town just 2 minutes walk from the main street and the station. The apartment is the ground floor of an old chalet with it's own small garden and view of Mont Blanc. Perfect for barbecues in the summer and building a snowman in winter.
The house called La Tramousse which means the place that just always is hit by the sun. This applies also in December, as seen on the right. The house is the old smithy in Chamonix who for years was the residence of the family and now is parceled into 3 apartments.
There are 3 bedrooms with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, so you can easily be 8 in the apartment, where of course also has a bathroom with tub and toilet. Kitchen and living room is a large room with a fireplace in the middle, making it perfect for hanging out with cooking and relaxing, an ideal gathering place.
The property comes with 2 parking spots and a ski/boot room.
Moreover, real duvets and pillows for 8 persons and a baby high chair.
In addition, high speed internet and cable TV, washing machine and dishwasher.

There is a discount of 10% at 2 weeks' rent.
There must be paid a deposit of 25% in advance when ordering.
The non-refundable cancellation last month. The rest paid before the rental begins.
